About this song in GTA 6
"The Conversation" by Hank Williams Jr. & Waylon Jennings (1979) is one of the 3 songs heard in Rockstar's official preview of Back Country Radio, the country station of Grand Theft Auto VI. The station is hosted by Morgan Wallen as MW and Lana Del Rey as Delta Dawne, with Mud Dog Mike as its roving reporter. The preview player shows no titles, so Consequence and The Fader identified the song; the full Back Country Radio tracklist arrives with the game. The other songs in the same preview are "Need a Little Time Off for Bad Behavior" by David Allan Coe and "Don't Come Home A-Drinkin' (With Lovin' on Your Mind)" by Loretta Lynn.
An outlaw-country duet about Hank Williams Sr., from Whiskey Bent and Hell Bound (1979).
